Who Is Responsible

Lozano & Associates (LAA-MEXFIRMA), with offices at Ejido 43, Int. 105, Col. Centro, C.P. 40890, Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, Mexico, is the party responsible (responsable) for the treatment of your personal data. For any privacy matter, write to info@mexicanattorneys.com.mx.

Personal Data We Collect

Through the enquiry form and any later correspondence we collect your name, email address, country or jurisdiction, and the description of your matter. We do not request sensitive personal data, and you should not include any in your initial enquiry.

Purposes of the Treatment

Necessary purposes (required to attend to you): to respond to your enquiry, to carry out conflict-of-interest checks, and to evaluate and, where appropriate, provide legal services. Voluntary purposes (optional): to send occasional updates on legal developments.

You may refuse or withdraw consent to the voluntary purposes at any time, without affecting the necessary ones, by writing to the contact address.

Transfers

Your data is not sold. It may be shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the service you request, or where required by law or by a competent authority — including identification and reporting obligations under anti-money-laundering law. You may state that you do not consent to transfers that require your consent by writing to the contact address.

Your ARCO Rights

You may Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the treatment of your data (ARCO rights), and revoke your consent or limit its use. Send your request to info@mexicanattorneys.com.mx, indicating the specific right you wish to exercise and a means to contact you, and accrediting your identity. Exercising these rights is free; only reproduction, certification, or delivery costs may be charged.
